Do not deny how useful Google My Business is
Basic information
After claiming your business, you will be able to add several general pieces of information, such as your industry, a description of the business, your services, and other simple details that can be copied directly from your website. Next, you need to confirm your address, phone number, and any other information that will help customers locate your physical business. For your opening hours, don’t forget to add in advance the times when your business will be closed, such as holidays or off-season hours. Finally, manage the visual representation of your business by adding your logo and images of your store.
Show promotions and events
When having professional images created by your designer for a promotion or event, make sure to request an image in the format recommended for Google My Business. These images appear on your business listing in Google searches. If you don’t add them, images from similar competitors’ promotions may appear instead!
Display your products
This is a beta feature from Google, so it is not yet available for all businesses. However, if you have it, it can be very useful for your company. For example, if a customer searches for a product you sell, your product can appear in searches with an image, price, and promotion, all linking directly to your website. It’s up to you to take the time to display your products, unlike your competitors who won’t take the time to do so. Your products will then appear ahead of your competitors’ pages.
